The Jackson County Board of Supervisors unanimously appointed Jennifer Jones to fill the county recorder vacancy left by the resignation of Arlene Schauff. Jennifer Jones, who introduced herself to the board as "the current 1st deputy recorder here in Jackson County," told supervisors she has worked in the recorder's office for 25 years.
