The Jefferson County Commission agreed Thursday to schedule a public hearing for Dec. 4, 2025, on a proposed Historic Preservation text amendment to the Subdivision Regulations (File: STA25-01). Commissioner Steve Stolipher motioned to schedule the hearing; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Jack Hefestay and approved unanimously.
