Council accepted an impact-fee study dated June 25, 2026 (resolution 26 27 0 0 0 2) that forms the basis for two ordinances. The administrator said the study sets the rationale for charging impact fees within designated areas (County Line Fire District, Merriweather Fire District and, if North Augusta approves, the portion of Edgefield County inside North Augusta). The resolution to accept the study passed unanimously.
