The full story

The Town of Frederick Board of Trustees voted to approve two land-use resolutions for the Columbine Heights subdivision on July 15, allowing the applicant to proceed from the preliminary phase toward final plat. The approvals cover a preliminary development plan and a preliminary plat for a roughly 144-acre site north of State Highway 52 and west of Weld County Road 17; both votes passed 5–0. "Staff is recommending the board of trustees approve the Columbine Heights preliminary development plan [and] preliminary plat," Autumn Gonzalez, senior planner, told the board during the public hearing.
