Commission approves covered deck for Buggy Works; owner says deck will use five parking stalls

The planning commission granted a conditional-use permit for a covered outdoor deck at Buggy Works (1015 18th Avenue). Owner Rex Ewald said the deck would occupy five angled parking stalls and that additional parking exists across the street; the Historic Preservation Commission approved the project pending this approval.
