BID and CDA report: solar array testing, EV fair and a planned ADA pathway project

David Kennedy reviewed the BID, Special Projects and CDA report, saying the BID will adopt its annual budget on March 10 and that funding has been set aside for Waverly Avenue streetlight upgrades and additional holiday decorations. He said the CDA passed a five-year plan and is proposing a pathway and curb-cut project at 380 Bay Avenue estimated at about $195,000; annual CDA grant funding allocated for the year is $115,000, so options to supplement or scale back the project are under review.
