Senators unanimously concurred in Assembly amendments to SB 607, a measure that updates the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District’s loan authority to permit conduit financing for long-term debt. Senator Wiener presented the amended bill and urged a high vote to allow the district to complete critical safety and seismic-retrofit work.
