City Planner Kent Jarcik presented the Go To Subdivision to correct a title opinion note tied to a previously executed but unrecorded quitclaim deed involving Mark and Kelly Brunell. He said the applicant’s primary goal was to reestablish two lots (5.20 acres and 10.07 acres) and to clear the title issue through a marketable-record-title affidavit and required dedications of right-of-way.
