County conditionally approves amendment for Fort Morgan wastewater plant with permitting conditions
The Board conditionally approved Resolution 2025 BCC 39 to amend the City of Fort Morgan's wastewater treatment plant special use permit; approval is contingent on submitting an updated CDPHE permit, a road use agreement for County Road 22, developer agreements with the Upper Platte & Beaver Canal, and obtaining building and floodplain permits before construction.

The Board conditionally approved an amendment to the special use permit for the City of Fort Morgan’s wastewater treatment plant (18169 County Road 22) via Resolution 2025 BCC 39. Planning Director Nicole Hay reviewed findings that the application conforms to the county comprehensive plan, included required technical documentation, and that the Planning Commission had recommended conditional approval after public hearings.
