The Board of Trustees accepted a Letter of Intent from Colony Ridge Development, LLC to donate two parcels identified as Lot 4783 and Lot 4784, Block 48, Section 3 of the Santa Fe Subdivision. Acceptance was conditional on Colony Ridge providing the district with a title policy and paying all recording charges. The motion was made by Shaquille Sampson, seconded by Jennifer Peña, and passed 7 to 0.
