The agenda reproduces standard meeting headings (I–VIII) and specifically names IV.A as the Ruidoso Municipal School District Board of Education regular meeting minutes from Sept. 10, 2024, but the file does not record any motion language, who moved or seconded such a motion, or the vote tally.
