Commissioners require Neighborhood Revitalization Program paperwork before work begins
The board voted unanimously to approve Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) projects only if required paperwork is completed prior to the start of work, ending a prior practice of granting after-the-fact exceptions.

Commissioner Kurt Ifland moved, and Commissioner Brady Peterson seconded, a change in practice for the Neighborhood Revitalization Program: going forward the county will only approve NRP projects if the required paperwork is completed before a project begins. The motion carried unanimously.
