Smith County Board of County Commissioners met in a special session on July 23, 2025, and approved three agreements concerning the Old Hospital Site. Chairman Jim Gwennap called the meeting to order at 8:57 a.m.; Commissioners Brady Peterson and Kurt Ifland and County Clerk Ashley Maxwell were recorded as present.
