Commissioner Jim Gwennap told the board the next step for the Old Hospital rehabilitation is transferring the property to the developer, a step he said is required before the developer applies for grant funding. Gwennap said he asked for input on apartment/bedroom sizes and the board reached a consensus to request two additional three‑bedroom units from the developer to the proposed mix.
