The board adopted two resolutions: Resolution 2026‑27 proclaiming May 3–9, 2026 as National Correctional Officers Week and Resolution 2026‑29 proclaiming May 10–16, 2026 as National Police Week and May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day; both passed 5–0.
