The Itasca County Board adopted the Mississippi River Headwaters Watershed FY26–27 workplan and budget during the April 28 meeting as part of the One Watershed One Plan (1W1P) implementation funding. The partnership’s packet lists an Itasca SWCD allocation that includes $47,000 for staff time, $49,000 for technical assistance and engineering, and $185,000 for on-the-ground project implementation.
