Itasca County's Board of Commissioners authorized two utility easements with Lake Country Power and a separate easement to the City of Cohasset during the April 28 meeting. The Lake Country Power easements authorize construction and maintenance of above-ground power lines across tax-forfeited and county-owned parcels; the Cohasset easement grants a right-of-way for underground storm sewer installation adjacent to the Mississippi River in the Plat of Cohasset.
