On Sept. 18 the Eagle Township Board voted to refer two enforcement matters — E24-00028 and E24-00029 — to attorneys at Foster, Swift for further action, including civil infraction proceedings if necessary. The motion was made by Clerk Laurie Briggs-Dudley and supported by Trustee Rob Currie and carried.
