Rolla council adopts Rolette County Local Emergency Operations Plan; staff to draft floodplain language
Council adopted the Rolette County Local Emergency Operations Plan and City Attorney said she and staff will draft language related to Senate Bill 2027 (floodplain management) for the next meeting.

City Attorney Rachael Mickelson Hendrickson updated the council on Senate Bill 2027 related to floodplain management and said she and Tara (auditor) will prepare draft language for a future meeting. The council then adopted Rolette County's Local Emergency Operations Plan on a motion by Damond Schemmel, seconded by Willie Fritz; the motion carried unanimously.
