The Springfield Township Planning Commission on Aug. 6, 2025, approved several waiver requests and unanimously recommended conditional preliminary and final plan approval for the Ryszewski two-lot subdivision on Clay Ave, contingent on satisfying items in the Township Engineer's review letter dated July 29, 2025.
