The Springfield Township Planning Commission tabled two minor-subdivision applications for parcels on Moyer Road after the Township Engineer and Solicitor raised concerns that the proposed 2-acre lots lacked documented steep-slope and natural-resource data needed to verify buildability.

The Springfield Township Planning Commission on Aug. 6, 2025, voted to table two minor-subdivision applications for properties on Moyer Road so the applicant can provide additional natural-resource data for newly proposed 2-acre lots. The motion to table was made by Bruce Whitesell and seconded by Angela Kelly and carried unanimously.
