The Cold Spring Village Board approved payment for backup water/wastewater operator Ryan Carroza after the village confirmed he worked an overnight shift during the July storm to provide on-site process control adjustments and water production. Mayor Foley said in public session that Carroza "provided 8 hours of on-site process control adjustments and water production on Thursday, 07/09/2026 from 02:15PM to 10:15PM."
