The Cold Spring Village Board convened, entered executive session at 12:04 p.m. to discuss personnel matters and returned to public session at about 12:23 p.m., Mayor Foley said, then moved to take action on items discussed in private. "So at 12:04, I make a motion to enter executive session," Mayor Foley said before the board went in camera.
