Supervisor Wolf thanked residents who participated in public comment on the Shepherd's Run project and outlined recent submissions to the decision process: a 77‑page issue statement and a 24‑page affirmation seeking party status for the county. Wolf said obtaining party status 'has never been granted to any town in the history of wars' (as he described it), so chances are slim but not zero, and he said the county expects to know the ruling the week of Feb. 18, 2026.
