The Board approved an updated procurement and purchasing policy (Resolution No. 2026-05) intended to improve efficiency by authorizing the Clerk/Treasurer, Director of Public Works, and Chief of Police to make routine purchases within approved budgets without requiring board approval for each item. Trustee Scott Daentl moved and Trustee Chasity Allen seconded the motion; it passed unanimously.
