The Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on Jan. 7 to appoint Linda Englebert to the Cusseta–Chattahoochee County Library Board to fill a vacancy left by Linda Beck. The resolution in the meeting packet states the appointment term will begin Jan. 7, 2025 and expire Dec. 31, 2027; the motion was made by Commissioner Damon Hoyte and seconded by Commissioner Jason Frost.
