The Paradise Township Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 01-2026 on Jan. 5, 2026, giving the executive secretary the authority to sign bonds, bills, notes, receipts, acceptances, endorsements, checks, releases, contracts, applications and other documents "with prior approval or subject to ratification by the Board of Supervisors." Briglia moved to approve the resolution; the motion carried 2-0.
