Board approves project and bond resolutions, authorizes initial financing parameters for district facility projects
Trustees approved a project resolution, a preliminary determination, a preliminary bond resolution and a reimbursement resolution tied to a multi‑phase facility financing plan. Officials set maximums (up to $15 million initially; $50 million project authorization overall) and noted estimated hard costs, issuance costs and tax impact.
