The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors voted 5–1 on April 22 to adopt an amended county fee schedule that staff said updates fees to reflect cumulative cost‑of‑living increases since the last adjustment in FY2022. Staff said implementing the changes in January 2027 would yield about $266,000 in the FY27 budget.
