County IT plans RingCentral phone cutover April 1; Charles Nininger named web accessibility coordinator

Charles Nininger, Harrison County's IT manager, briefed the court on a planned migration of county telephone services to the RingCentral platform set to begin April 1, 2025. Nininger said porting of numbers will occur beginning about 10:00 AM Central, that inbound calls may not reach county lines until porting completes, and that departments with the RingCentral application can make outbound and internal calls during the transition.
