Cotulla ISD approves several probationary contracts and accepts a custodian resignation
Trustees approved probationary contracts for four hires and accepted the resignation of an RBE custodian; motions passed 7–0 at the Sept. 16 meeting.

In open session Sept. 16 the Cotulla ISD board approved several probationary contracts, subject to reassignment: Raul Saldivar (NMS Special Education Teacher/Coach), Kharri Bustamante (NMS Counselor), Brianna Villegas (NMS ELA Teacher), and Zelma Garza (NMS ELA Teacher). The motion was made by Robert Ayala Jr. and seconded by Thomas Childers; the board voted 7–0 in favor.
