Under agenda item K, the board approved the Foundation Innovation consulting agreement and a contract with Comprehensive Training Center. The Foundation Innovation motion was made by Rosario Morales and seconded by Kim Hoff; the Comprehensive Training Center motion was made by Thomas Childers and seconded by Rosario Morales. Each motion carried with votes recorded For: 06 Against: 00.
