At its July 20 meeting the Lancaster Airport Authority adopted Resolution No. 20 of 2026 accepting a Federal Aviation Administration grant offer of Seventy-Five Thousand Three-Hundred Twenty Dollars ($75,320), representing 95% of allowable costs, to reconstruct the Runway 08-26 Visual Guidance System (PAPI 08 End). The resolution grants execution authority to the Chair, Vice-Chair, or Airport Director and authorizes William E. Foster to act as agent.
