Planning Commission tables rezoning for Lync Construction phases after public opposition

Planning Commissioner Travis Moesser told the Perry City Council that the Planning Commission met the prior week and considered five action items, including three public hearings. He said the commission forwarded Ordinances 26-J, 26-K, 26-0 (transcript lists '26-0') and 26-H to the council with recommendations to adopt; Ordinance 26-H drew one dissenting vote.
