Council reviewed a staff report on a qualifications-based request for proposals for transportation engineering services. Two firms responded; a five-member committee (mayor, treasurer Kelly Mickelson, Sean, John and the police chief) evaluated proposals. Keller Associates scored highest by the committee and council moved to select Keller for transportation engineering work.
