The Buchanan County Board of Supervisors on Aug. 24 placed three manure management plans on file. The motion, recorded in the minutes, read: "Motion by Kurtz second by Wieland to place on file the following manure management plans: H & K Farms, LLC, Site 3, Middlefield Township, Section 12; Weber Finisher, Jefferson Township, Section 10; Andy Krempges, Washington Township, Section 11."
