The Dickens County Commissioners Court unanimously approved two interlocal items with the High Plains Rural Public Defender Organization (HPRPDO) on Aug. 14. Commissioner Chris Horn moved to approve the HPRPDO Interlocal Equipment Placement and Use Agreement; Commissioner Dennis Wyatt seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
