The East Tawakoni City Council approved several property-related items on Jan. 21, 2025, voting unanimously to combine PID #9804 and PID #9805 into a single lot, to downsize lot PID 651 to allow expansion of the Fish Point RV Park, and to separate part of PID 1042. Each motion carried with all five members present recorded in favor.
