Dickens County approves bylaws for DC-EDC

County Judge Kevin Brendle convened a special session of the Dickens County Commissioners Court on Feb. 23, 2026, where the court voted to adopt the bylaws for the Dickens County Economic Development Corporation (DC-EDC). Commissioner Dennis Wyatt moved to approve the bylaws and Commissioner Greg Arnold seconded; the motion "passed unanimously."
