The Crandall Economic Development Corporation (EDC) request to spend $315,000 was tabled by the City Council at its May 18 meeting after EDC Director Mike Slye told the council the agenda language required correction to satisfy the Texas Open Meetings Act. Mayor Pro Tem Scott Rogers moved to table the item; Councilmember Caleb Allen seconded, and the motion passed unanimously, 4–0.
