KWORK officials briefed Pratt County commissioners on the pool’s services and governance, saying the organization exists to keep workers safe while keeping insurance dollars local. "We're a a pool, an insurance self funded pool," said Colin Holt House (S5), who identified himself as KWORK’s chief operating officer and staff counsel.
