A district presenter reported footings and formwork are in place, 100% DD has been received and the team will present GMP 3 at a future meeting; staff cautioned the schedule is tight with occupancy targeted in late July.

The board received a construction update on the new Evergreen Elementary project. The presenter (speaker 6) said, "The project is moving along extraordinarily well," reporting that the 100% design development set has been received, footings have been poured in most areas, formwork is in place, and crews are beginning prefabrication of walls and floor components.
