At the Nov. 17, 2025 regular meeting, the Everman ISD Board of Trustees approved a turnaround plan for Townley Elementary. The motion to approve was made by Linda Lutrick and seconded by Adan Covarrubias; the minutes record a unanimous 5–0 vote.
