Trustee Morgan Place moved to table Pay Applications #9 and #10 and Change Order Requests #2 and #3 for the Village wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project; Trustee Rebecca Coley seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. The board did not approve payment or changes at the Feb. 9 meeting and will revisit the items once further documentation is provided.
