Karst Riggers, the county Building Official and County Planner, presented Conditional Use Permit 26-16 for Dimke Properties, LLC proposing approximately 128 commercial storage units at 1651 Dustan Loop. Riggers told the board a public hearing on Aug. 18 produced no testimony and no neighborhood comment letters; he recommended approval with the listed staff requirements.
