Stormwater advisory committee recommends dissolution as county staff assume program duties

Dave Carter, chair of the Stormwater Technical Advisory Committee, gave the committee's annual report to the Polk County Board of County Commissioners on Aug. 18 and recommended the panel be dissolved because the county’s stormwater program has matured and staff are now positioned to manage work directly.
