The Select Board authorized continuation and creation of committees to work on budgets, policy, IT and transition tasks. The finance-office transition team was flagged as urgent so it can support the treasurer appointment process. Several members spoke in favor of an IT committee to review security posture and vendor proposals; one volunteer with IT experience offered to help the town assess options.
