Katie, the town grant coordinator, updated the board on several awards and pending applications. She said the Bridal 43 repair project RFP has been awarded with completion expected by December 2026 and that Bridge 41 engineering work is underway; she also reported notification of an $18,000 grants-in-aid offer with a $4,500 local match and asked the chair to sign a letter of intent to participate.
