The Public Safety Committee concluded its meeting by forwarding two recommendations to the Common Council: a resolution setting trick-or-treat hours on Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and a recommendation to approve a special-event permit for Minhas Kitchen’s Oktoberfest on Oct. 10–11. Committee votes on both items were recorded as 'Aye' by the clerk.
