The Public Safety Committee voted to recommend that the Common Council set city trick-or-treat hours on October 31 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the committee chair said during the meeting. The resolution was presented by Police Department staff as the traditional city time window to promote public safety for holiday activities.
